Unholy DK AoE Rotation in 4.0.1

A little video I made to help some friends see the unholy DK rotation from an outside perspective, with nice little commentary (in the annotations) and all that. Basically its the same, you want to keep your diseases up and spread around. You just have to rely on a combination of festering strike and pestilence to do this now instead of just pestilence.
