Ravi (Tusshar) and Vasundhara (Natasha) study in the same college. The cupid strikes after some dislike from the girl. Ravi is the son of a millionaire, good at everything but studies, while Vasundhara is a simple girl staying next door. The parents of the lovebirds oppose to the relationship.
