What is in the meat and bread that fast food restaurants and most grocery stores sell. YouTube user MyGamer1 wrote to ask would the food at McDonald's be better if you used your own bun. The meat and buns at McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Chick-fil-A, Taco Bell, Carl's Jr and most grocery stores is the same. Buying your own organic or sprouted grain bun would improve both the quality and flavor of fast food. But, both the beef and the chicken used at most fast food restaurants like McDonald's and sold in most grocery stores is low quality meat. Yes, the beef is USDA approved, but that is a low standard. Bryan shows what problem ingredients are used in most fast food buns and meat. Conventional beef is given antibiotics and steroids, some to promote growth, others to reduce food consumption. It is illegal to give these chemicals to chickens so chemicals are added to their feed to produce the same results. Some of these chemicals will be passed on to yoy through the hamburgers and chicken that you eat. http://www.BryanMarcel.com
