Defending The Dream is the exclusive interview series that followed the 2009 400-meter World Champion Sanya Richards-Ross as she prepared to defend her title at the 2011 World Championships in Daegu, South Korea. The women's American Record Holder for the event discussed her training and progress over the course of the 2011 season inclusive of pre/post race analysis and strategy, highlights and pressures concluding with the finale live from Korea just days before the race.
