Harris President and Chief Executive Officer Hugh R. Harris is the President and CEO of Lender Processing Services, Inc. He also serves as a member of LPS' Board of Directors. Hugh served as President of the Financial Services Technology division at Fidelity National Financial and Fidelity National Information Services, from 2003-2006, prior to its spinoff of Lender Processing Services. Before joining Fidelity National Information Services, Hugh served as Chief Executive Officer of HomeSide Lending, Inc., where he was responsible for one of the world's largest full-service mortgage companies. Hugh played a key role in the facilitation of mergers and acquisitions, which was a key component of HomeSide Lending's growth strategy. Hugh began his mortgage banking career in 1974 with SouthTrust Mortgage in Birmingham, Ala. In 1983, he joined Mortgage Corporation of the South (MCS), a Bank of Boston subsidiary, as Senior Vice President and Manager of Residential Production and Secondary Marketing. He was promoted to President of MCS in 1986. In 1988, BancBoston Mortgage Corporation consolidated its four mortgage companies into a single operation in Jacksonville, Fla., and Hugh was promoted to Vice Chairman of BancBoston Mortgage Holding Company. In this role, he was responsible for residential production and secondary marketing. In January 1996, Hugh was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of Homeside Lending, and in 2000 was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer. Hugh earned a bachelor's degree from Auburn University and has been active in the mortgage industry throughout his career. He served as a member of the Fannie Mae Regional Advisory Board; the Fannie Mae National Advisory Council; the Lender Services Inc. Advisory Board; and the Republic Mortgage Insurance Corp. Advisory Board. Hugh also served as Vice President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Alabama and on the Board of Governors and Legislative Committee of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. Schilling Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Lender Processing Services (LPS), Tom Schilling is responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including upholding strong financial management and accountability, reporting accurate financial information and data and enhancing internal controls. Prior to his role with LPS, Tom most recently served as chief financial officer and chief operating officer of USA Mobility, where he played a key leadership role in integrating operations to achieve synergies; reducing internal expenses and redundancies; and executing financial strategies to maximize shareholder value. Tom has also served as the CFO of Cincinnati Bell a diversified telecommunications company, where his responsibilities included corporate financial operations, corporate planning and budgeting, and P&L responsibility for Cincinnati Bell's IT consulting business. Prior to that, Tom was the CFO for Cincinnati Bell's Broadwing Communications unit, where his responsibilities included all accounting, planning and budgeting, pricing, business analysis, financial operations, and contract administration. Tom also has experience as the CFO for AutoTrader.com, a leading online automotive marketplace. Tom holds a bachelor's degree in business/accounting from Indiana University.
