Cricket and Cinema are coming together again. During the past few years cinema stars are getting closer to cricket and try to associate themselves with the sport. This can be gauged by the IPL teams that are being owned by cine stars. Now it is the turn of the cine stars forming a team and playing for the crowd. CCL T20 2011 was born last year with the intention of forming teams of cine stars who will be playing the T20 championships.
CCL T20 2011 was started with four teams last year and it was a huge hit. In line with this, the same tournament is going to be held in the year 2012. Two new teams are joining the existing teams. It is going to be a star studded action packed cricket games which starts on January 13, 2012 and ends on February 12, 2012.
First two matches are scheduled to be held in UAE as Mumbai Heroes are considering UAE as their home ground.
